I’ve had high cholesterol for several years. This is pretty alarming because I’m relatively young and thin. After one somewhat recent blood test, my doc said that I have the cholesterol profile of a 45 year old obese man. Since I’m 30 and thin, this was a wake up call that something is seriously wrong. This is the active form of Vitamin B5, not to be confused with the inactive form – pantothenic acid. It has show to have the ability to greatly reduce blood lipid numbers.
