Pantethine

This is one of the most important supplements you can take for adrenal fatigue. I only discovered this after nearly a year of treatment, research and self-experimentation. This is the active form of pantothenic acid. Long story short, it increases pregnenolone which increases progesterone which increases cortisol. Click here for more details.

I’ve found conflicting claims with PS and HPA axis dysfunction. Some say that it only lowers cortisol. Others say that if it cortisol is high it will bring it down and if it’s low PS will bring it up.
