This website currently has three purposes.
1 – Is it Paleo? I’m cataloging common foods to make it easy for people to determine if something is paleo and why without having to do tons of research.
2 – Nutrients, Health and Disease Information – I do tons of research for my own health about nutrients and supplements. Instead of forgetting it or storing it in my brain I thought I’d share here so you don’t have to do the research.
3 – My Health Progress – The research above is for my own health issues so I’m also posting about my progress and self experimentation. Hopefully this will be helpful for you too!
